Top employee ownership practitioners and company insiders will present over 55 breakout sessions in five different learning tracks. Mix and match sessions from all tracks to create a program that suits your specific interests.
ESOP Essentials
These introductory sessions will cover the basics of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Topics include determining stock value, tax advantages, and financing strategies.
ESOPs in Depth
These sessions cover finer points and emerging issues of ESOPs for those who already know the basics. This track includes sessions covering technical and operational aspects of ESOPs. Sessions will address new financing strategies, administrative challenges, legislative and regulatory updates, S corporation issues, creative transaction structures, and more.
Equity Compensation
Learn about the many ways to put equity into employee hands, such as stock option plans, stock purchase programs, restricted stock awards and more. These sessions cover everything from the basics of equity sharing methods to specific issues regarding their design, structure, and operation.
Communications and Culture
Research shows that employee stock ownership boosts company performance if employee owners are empowered with information, education and increased involvement in continually improving operations. In these sessions, learn how dynamic companies involve and engage their employees.
