Study Tours

An important learning tool for leaders, study tours offer a participatory way to become knowledgeable about how other organizations effectively execute their strategies and carry out their activities. Often used for civil society, non-governmental or governmental organizations, study tours can help the participants build networks, understand best practices, and develop ideas to be applied once they return to their home countries.

Beyster Institute study tour participants learn through observation, discussion and experience. They receive briefings, make site visits and interact with peers and experts in their particular fields.
