Mini - MBA

This is an intensive training program for entrepreneurs who are starting or growing a business.  In this program, entrepreneurs and managers will learn to think strategically about their businesses and operate more effectively. 

Typically taught in a two-week format, the Mini-MBA utilizes materials designed specifically for entrepreneurs.  The program encourages peer interaction, experiential learning, and development of actionable plans.

This training program has been presented in Arabic, French and Russian, and can be tailored to other locations as well.
