Leadership Development
Beyster Institute works with entrepreneurs, executives and policymakers to enhance their leadership knowledge and skills. These leaders learn about their own business and personal developmental needs, and receive instruction and coaching to help capitalize on their strengths and improve their weaknesses.
A variety of tools and techniques are used, including experiential learning, case studies, site visits, and surveys. Leadership training focuses on improving business knowledge, assessing skill development capabilities and networking with others in key leadership positions.
Examples of our work in this area are the establishment of Centers for Entrepreneurship that identify and develop leaders of growth companies, and an innovative custom-developed program to teach entrepreneurial management skills to leaders of non-government organizations.
